Bobby Christy | TW3 Marketing | Why Customers Choose Your Competitors

Your Customers Are Comparing

Your Customers Are Comparing You. Are You Giving Them a Reason to Choose You?

A customer needs a contractor, an insurance agent, or someone to handle an important service. They find three businesses that appear qualified to do the job.

All three have experience. All three promise quality work. And all three say customer service matters.

So how does the customer decide?

That's where many good businesses lose opportunities they should have won.

Customers don't know how hard you've worked to build your business. They don't know about the problems you've solved or the people you've helped.

They only know what they can see.

And if your website, reviews, and online presence don't show why you're worth trusting, you're asking customers to take your word for it.

That's a lot to ask someone who's never met you.

At TW3 Marketing, one of the things we examine during a Trust & Authority Audit is whether a business provides enough evidence to support the promises it makes.

Does the website show completed work? Are customer reviews easy to find? Can someone quickly understand what makes the business a good choice?

These aren't small details. They're part of how customers decide who gets the call.

Here's something worth thinking about.

Your competitor may not have more experience. They may not provide better service. They may not even charge less.

They may simply make it easier for customers to feel confident choosing them.

Before you spend more money trying to attract new customers, take a look at what the ones already finding you can see.

Would you choose your business if you knew nothing about it?

That's a question worth answering.
